Experiments with hops and kombucha really got our fermentalist heads whizzing round. Get it right and the taste is something else. We really do think it gives beer a run for its money.
We spent a year tinkering as there are more than 100 hops out there so getting it right took a little time. But bingo!
Having said that, it doesn’t mean we won’t sneak in the odd crazy hop now and again. We hope you enjoy the surprise.
